Most employers have not looked at their plan's fees, providers, or design since it was set up. A review takes an hour of your time and tells you where the plan stands and whether anything is worth changing.

Fees and providers
What you and your employees pay today, and how your recordkeeper, administrator, and investment menu compare to the market.
Design
Whether the plan does what the owners want: contribution limits, profit sharing, Roth, vesting, eligibility, and whether a different design would do more.
Fiduciary and operations
Who carries which responsibility, what is documented, and where the service issues your HR team deals with come from.
